The Process

The nomination process for the Celerity Supply Chain Tribe Awards can be made significantly easier if nominees adhere to the following basic guidelines.

Application Form and Deadlines

  • Nominations have opened for 2026. 
  • The Application forms are available only by way of a link to your email id. The entire nomination process is online including form submission. 
  • Nominations can come directly from the nominee or from his/her seniors.
  • Forms have to be duly submitted along with the event participation fees. 
  • There is an event participation fees per nomination form. 40-under-40 – Rs 4,500, 30-under-30 – Rs 2,500, and Exemplary Enterprise and Green Enterprise Awards – Rs 17,700. All fees are inclusive of 18% GST.
  • An individual or a company can nominate in only one category.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The cut-off date for nominee age is June 30 2026. As on that date the nominee must be 40 years of age or less for 40-under-40 and 30 years of age or less for 30-under-30 Supply Chain Awards.
  • Individual nominees for all categories must be actively employed in a supply chain role at the time of nomination.
  • For the Exemplary Awards and Green Enterprise Awards, an employee can be the point-of-contact for the nomination process.

Participation Fee & Payment Process

The nomination fee is towards participation in the full day event in Mumbai. Award winners are decided based on the final Jury scores received by each nominee.

Selection Process

  • Only fully filled nomination forms in prescribed format will be considered for first round.
  • Entries will be judged on the basis of Implementation and Impact, Innovation and Game changing potential and Functionality & Technical Qualities of the projects and work done, as mentioned by nominees.
  • In the first round, jury will score to identify the best nominations in each category to advance to next round.
  • Applications that have advanced may be required to answer any queries and/or provide supplemental information by the jury.
  • In final round, details of the initial application and all supplemental information provided will be reviewed and In-depth scoring will be done by each jury member.
  • After jury deliberation, the top finalists in each category will be identified and winners chosen.

Award Ceremony

  • Jury decision is final and binding.
  • All Award winners will be notified two to three weeks prior to Award function.
  • The Celerity Supply Chain Tribe Conference & Awards 2026 will be held 0n 20 August 2026 in Mumbai.
